The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/v1/Vehicle/Reject/{vehicleIdentifier}	Get vehicle details and rejections by VIN or Commission Number	Calls Vehicle Data API. Returns vehicle details from the DB if found, otherwise from the Rejects table.
