The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/v1/NewCarDeltaUserAudits	Gets the new car delta user audit history	This endpoint provides an audit history list for the New Car Delta. The audit includes the Gas User ID, dates and times users turned the delta on/off and reasons for doing so.
